Refund Policy

Every WRD IT poem is personalised and made to order, so the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply to personalised items under UK consumer law. We still want you to love your gift.

Damaged or faulty items

If your card or frame arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email info@wrdit.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Mistakes in the wording

We print exactly the poem and details you approve, so please check names and spellings before ordering. If the error is ours, we'll fix it free of charge.

Changing or cancelling an order

Get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone to print yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it with a full refund.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, let us know and we'll look into it and arrange a replacement where needed.

Digital downloads

Because digital copies and the unlimited unlock are delivered instantly, they can't be refunded once downloaded, unless something has gone wrong with the file — in which case we'll put it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
