These terms apply when you use this website or buy from WRD IT, run by Jess Douglas in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your poems

Poems are drafted with the help of AI from the answers you give, in Jess's style. You can edit and revise them before buying.
Please check names, spellings and wording carefully — we print exactly what you approve.
Once bought, you may use your poem for personal use, including sharing it online. Please tag us on Instagram if you do.
Please don't enter anything offensive, unlawful or that you don't have the right to share. We may refuse orders that break this.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown at checkout.
Printed cards and frames are paid through our Shopify checkout. Digital unlocks and copies are paid through Stripe.
Free Share It downloads are limited per email address, as shown on the site.

Printed products are made to order by our print partner, Prodigi. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

Bespoke writing and live event bookings are agreed directly with Jess; any specific details will be confirmed with you in writing.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
